Terms of Use

Fogged is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add what is specific to Fogged and Fogged Pro. By using the app you agree to both.

What Fogged is

Fogged builds a map of where you have been from the location data already stored in your photos. It is processed on your device; see the privacy policy. Results depend on the location data in your photos and may be incomplete or imprecise — place names, trips and exploration figures are estimates for your enjoyment, not records to rely on.

Fogged Pro

Fogged is free to download. Without Pro, the reveal of your map plays for a limited time and some features, such as full insights and share cards, are locked. Fogged Pro unlocks all of them and is offered as:

Weekly — an auto-renewable subscription, billed every week
Yearly — an auto-renewable subscription, billed every year
Lifetime — a one-time purchase with no renewal

Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency, and may vary by country.

Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
A subscription renews automatically at the same price and period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
If you buy Lifetime while a subscription is active, cancel the subscription first so you are not charged again.

Refunds and restoring purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you reinstall the app or use another device signed in to the same Apple Account, use Restore on the paywall or in Settings to unlock Pro again.

Your content

Your photos and the map built from them remain yours. Share cards you create are yours to use. Fogged does not claim any rights over them and never uploads them.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published here with its "Last updated" date. Changes to the price or terms of a subscription are communicated by Apple before they apply.
